It consists of more than 600 items that move exclusively through mechanical systems and mainly cover the period from the late 1800s until 1930s, all in working order. This is a private collection, gathered over a lifetime and representative of the history and romance of mechanical music. The different looks, feels and sounds are showcased through various instruments, from the oldest wooden or metal cylinder music boxes to the latest and most popular gramophones. It is a privilege to be able to see, hear and feel centuries-old pieces that we can use to interpret human life through the ages, the expression of its culture and the free expression of their creative power.
